A Navarre-based batucada active since 2002, bringing Afro-Brazilian rhythms and audience participation to events.
We are a booking agency for events, not the artist's team. We work with organisers: festivals, councils, companies, venues and weddings.
La Farruka is a batucada from Navarre, active since 2002. Its performances centre on Afro-Brazilian rhythms and percussion, bringing live music to street celebrations, parties and events.
The group shares its musical culture through a percussion-led performance that encourages the audience to join in. The rhythms bring people together and make participation part of the experience.
This format adds live music and movement to public or festive occasions. La Farruka can suit local fiestas and other gatherings looking for a percussion performance with audience interaction.
The music draws on Afro-Brazilian rhythms, with percussion at the heart of the performance. The group aims to share its enjoyment of the music with the people watching and listening.
La Farruka can be part of parties, celebrations and events where a batucada can enliven the streets or bring an audience together through percussion.
