A percussion group playing African rhythms, samba and reggae for weddings, parties and street parades, with flexible timings.
We are a booking agency for events, not the artist's team. We work with organisers: festivals, councils, companies, venues and weddings.
Afro Meraky Batucada brings live percussion to celebrations and public events. It began as a group of percussion enthusiasts and can tailor its playing time to the needs of each occasion.
The set draws on African rhythms, samba and reggae. The percussion can add music to a celebration or accompany a street procession, depending on the event and the time required.
