Afro-Bahian percussion for indoor and outdoor events, with a street performance and a stage show featuring vocals and strings.
We are a booking agency for events, not the artist's team. We work with organisers: festivals, councils, companies, venues and weddings.
Son de Batucar offers two live formats: a street percussion performance to get an audience moving, and a stage show with vocals and string instruments. The street set is designed for indoor or outdoor events, making it a flexible option for celebrations looking for live rhythm and audience engagement.
The street formation draws on the rhythms of Afro-Bahian music and performs on the move. On stage, the group plays vocal and string-led versions of Jorge Ben and other Spanish- and Portuguese-speaking artists.
The formats can be considered for weddings, local fiestas, corporate events and private parties. The choice depends on the venue and the atmosphere you want to create. If you are looking to book a batucada for a party or a stage set built around covers, ask about the options available for your event.
The price depends on the date, location, format and technical requirements. Request a no-obligation quote and expect a reply within 24 hours.
