Brazilian batucada shows in a choice of formats, with Brazilian dancers available and 23 years of experience.
We are a booking agency for events, not the artist's team. We work with organisers: festivals, councils, companies, venues and weddings.
Batucada Barcelona presents Brazilian percussion shows in several formats, with the option to include Brazilian dancers. The line-up and approach can be tailored to suit different kinds of celebration.
The show combines batucada with Brazilian dance options. A choice of formats makes it possible to shape the performance around the event. It also gives organisers different options to discuss when requesting a quote.
The project is associated with Francesc Paretti, who founded GRES PENEDÈS in 2008, the group also known as Batucada Barcelona. He previously played with Color de Ritme for four years and began his Brazilian percussion journey with GRES PENEDÈS. While preparing a show for the 2004 Forum of Cultures, he met Brazilian percussionists; in 2005 he travelled to São Paulo to study with teachers from the Gaviões da Fiel samba school.
The batucada brings live rhythm and dance to parties and celebrations looking for a musical performance. Its different formats can be considered according to the event and budget. The act has 23 years of experience.
The price depends on the date, location, chosen format and technical requirements. Ask Vibra for a no-obligation quote tailored to your event.
