Suu blends songs in Catalan and Spanish, moving from intimate folk to a more forceful rock sound with an eighties-inspired edge.
We are a booking agency for events, not the artist's team. We work with organisers: festivals, councils, companies, venues and weddings.
Suu, the stage name of Susana Ventur, is a Catalan singer whose sound has developed from intimate, emotional folk towards a more forceful rock style. Her songs in Catalan and Spanish can suit programmes looking for both feeling and energy.
Her work spans several musical phases: the earlier material leans towards folk, while her third album, Karaoke, draws on sounds associated with the 1980s and 1990s. Her original songs include “Eres un Temazo”, “Pa amb Oli i Sal” and “Tant de Bo”.
Suu has more than 250,000 monthly Spotify listeners and collaborated with La Pegatina on “Algo de Mí”. She has also topped bills at festivals including Jardins de Terramar, l'ÓH Festival, SanSan Festival and Canet Rock.
Her music may be considered for town festivals, music festivals, private celebrations and corporate events seeking a recognised voice from the Catalan scene. For weddings, ask about the suitable format and repertoire for the occasion.
