Vega brings together pop, rock and folk in original songs shaped by a ten album career.
We are a booking agency for events, not the artist's team. We work with organisers: festivals, councils, companies, venues and weddings.
Vega is a singer songwriter, also known as Mercedes Mígel Carpio. After appearing on Operación Triunfo, she released her debut album, India, in 2003. She has since put out ten albums and built an independent career, including setting up her own record label and writing most of her songs.
Her music moves between pop, rock and folk, with songwriter led songs centred on personal lyrics. A set may feature well known tracks such as “Grita”, “Mejor mañana”, “Una vida contigo”, “Wolverines” and “Cuánta decepción”, alongside other songs from her career.
Her catalogue spans several musical periods, making room for familiar songs as well as material from different stages of her discography. It also includes Non ho l'età (No tengo edad), an album of Italian classics reworked as covers.
Vega can suit concerts, town festivals, private celebrations and corporate events looking for a pop, rock and folk performance from an artist with ten albums to her name.
