El Chojín delivers socially conscious rap addressing discrimination, violence, racism and other issues.
We are a booking agency for events, not the artist's team. We work with organisers: festivals, councils, companies, venues and weddings.
El Chojín is a Spanish rapper whose work explores social issues through direct writing and without relying on swear words. His lyrics address discrimination, abuse, racism, violence and injustice, as well as immigration, gender-based violence and safe sex.
His performance centres on rap with a strong critical perspective. Some of his tracks have been selected by Amnesty International for awareness campaigns on immigration and gender-based violence. His solo discography comprises eleven releases, alongside two albums with the group 995.
Tracks listed for the repertoire include «El final del cuento de hadas», «Ríe cuando puedas», «El mundo sigue girando» and «Dejarse la piel». The songs pair social commentary with a rap style that avoids profane language.
It may suit festivals, town celebrations and cultural programmes looking to include socially conscious rap. Private and corporate events can also be considered; ask about the format that fits your occasion.
