El Langui brings Spanish hip hop and rap, alongside a career spanning music, film and radio.
We are a booking agency for events, not the artist's team. We work with organisers: festivals, councils, companies, venues and weddings.
El Langui is a Spanish artist associated with hip hop and rap, whose work also spans acting and broadcasting. His profile may suit town festivals, corporate functions, private events and programmes looking to feature Spanish rap with a substantial career behind it and socially engaged material.
He is a member of rap group La Excepción and has also built an individual music career. His collaborators include SFDK, El Chojin, Frank T and Gordo Master. His music reaches beyond rap: he joined Andrés Calamaro on “Te extraño” and Los Delinqüentes on “Piratas del Estrecho”. He also voiced “Se buscan valientes”, a campaign against bullying.
El Langui began writing rhymes as a teenager and formed La Excepción in 2000 with Gitano Antón and La Dako Style. The group released four albums and played festivals including Viña Rock and Monegros Desert Festival, as well as appearing in several Latin American countries. His work also includes radio, through Radio Taraská, and film. He received two Goya Awards for his role in El truco del manco: Best New Actor and Best Song.
His rap may suit an urban music programme, a festival or an event that wants to engage with social issues through music. Share the event context and venue details with Vibra to discuss the fit.
