Black Jazz pairs vocal jazz with dance-friendly swing, played on piano, clarinet, percussion, bass and vocals.
Black Jazz offers two live music formats: vocal jazz for relaxed listening and a swing set that also invites guests onto the dance floor. The band features piano, clarinet, percussion, bass and vocals.
The repertoire includes covers of jazz and swing standards, with blues among the band’s influences. The vocal jazz set suits private events, art galleries and hotels, while the swing option is made for listeners who enjoy dancing, including Lindy Hop. The performance gives guests an hour and a half to enjoy the music and share the floor.
Black Jazz can provide music for weddings, private celebrations and gatherings where guests may want to listen or dance. The band also suits cultural venues and hotels. To enquire about booking Black Jazz and its fee, quotes are based on the date, venue, chosen format and technical requirements.
