A percussion group of up to 40 players for carnivals, local festivals, parades, weddings and celebrations, playing original rhythms and covers.
We are a booking agency for events, not the artist's team. We work with organisers: festivals, councils, companies, venues and weddings.
Batukada Matarantas Villar brings percussion to celebrations that call for a roaming parade or a large ensemble. The group can include up to 40 percussionists and performs at carnivals, local fiestas and Fallas parades. It also takes bookings for weddings and hen or stag parties.
The music features original rhythms alongside covers. With a line-up of this size, the group can create a strong presence at parades and public celebrations, as well as perform at other events. It also gives its time to initiatives involving organisations for people with disabilities and events addressing gender-based violence or cancer.
The act may suit carnivals, local festivals, Fallas parades, weddings, hen and stag parties, and charity events. The group travels to any location by prior agreement, so include the venue area and the nature of your event when enquiring.
The fee depends on the date, location, format and technical requirements. Request a no-obligation quote within 24 hours, sharing the type of event, town and performance you are looking for.
