Guitarricadelafuente pairs warm vocals and guitar with folk, flamenco and Spanish roots in an intimate, contemporary sound.
We are a booking agency for events, not the artist's team. We work with organisers: festivals, councils, companies, venues and weddings.
Álvaro Lafuente performs as Guitarricadelafuente, shaping an intimate sound around his warm voice and guitar. His music draws on folk, flamenco and traditional Spanish influences, with contemporary touches that give the songs a feel of their own. This makes the act a natural fit for occasions looking for a songwriter-led performance with a close, personal atmosphere.
His lyrics explore love, nostalgia and a sense of origin, while the arrangements leave room for voice and guitar. Known songs include “Guantanamera”, “Nana triste”, “Conticinio”, “In my room”, “ABC” and “Agua y mezcal”. His album La Cantera was produced with Raül Refree. He has also worked with Natalia Lacunza, Troye Sivan, El niño de Elche and Feten Feten.
The music can bring a distinctive songwriter set to weddings, private celebrations and corporate events. It also suits festivals and public celebrations where audiences appreciate folk influences, expressive vocals and a guitar-led approach.
