Francisco is a Valencian singer known for his powerful voice and career in Spanish melodic music. His repertoire also draws on copla and zarzuela, delivered with the grounding of his lyrical training. He suits events seeking a vocal performance rooted in Spanish song.
Francisco won the International OTI Festival in 1981 with «Latino» and took first place again in 1992 with «A dónde voy sin ti». Other songs associated with his repertoire include «La chica del póster», «Tú ni te imaginas», «Cariño mío», «Ay amor» and «Por puro amor». He has also performed covers of major Spanish singers, including Raphael, Rocío Jurado and Julio Iglesias.
After appearing at regional song festivals and on the television programme Gente Joven, Francisco became a prominent figure in Spanish melodic music during the 1980s. He later developed his lyrical training in Barcelona and performed alongside soprano Montserrat Caballé at major venues. His musical range includes ballads as well as copla and zarzuela classics.
His show can work for concerts, theatres, auditoriums, local festivals, and private or corporate celebrations where Spanish song is a good fit. The performance format is shaped around the event and its requirements.
