A soprano and piano duo with classical training and performances across several Spanish regions.
Dúo Lied brings together soprano Laura Fernández and pianist Maria de Lluc Coll. Both graduated from the Conservatory of Music of the Balearic Islands, specialising in vocal performance and classical and contemporary piano. The duo took shape during their degree studies in early 2019 and has since performed in several autonomous communities across Spain.
The format pairs a live lyrical voice with piano. It gives organisers a focused vocal and instrumental performance in a chamber-style setting.
The performers’ training covers lyrical singing as well as classical and contemporary piano. These disciplines form the musical scope of Dúo Lied.
The duo can suit weddings, private celebrations and corporate events looking for live soprano and piano. It may also fit cultural programmes and concert settings in a range of venues.
