Spanish pop rock shaped by folk and acoustic influences, with songs recognised across generations.
We are a booking agency for events, not the artist's team. We work with organisers: festivals, councils, companies, venues and weddings.
Duncan Dhu suit events looking for Spanish-language pop rock and songs familiar to audiences across generations. The band formed in San Sebastián in 1984 around Mikel Erentxun and Diego Vasallo, with drummer Juan Ramón Viles also part of the line-up in its early years.
Their sound brings together pop and rock melodies with folk, acoustic and American influences. Songs associated with the group include «Cien gaviotas», «Esos ojos negros», «En algún lugar» and «Una calle de París». Their best-known albums include Canciones, El grito del tiempo and Autobiografía.
Duncan Dhu became widely popular during the 1980s and 1990s. After periods when the members pursued separate projects, they reunited in 2001. Their catalogue gives audiences a chance to hear songs that have stayed in the public consciousness, alongside material for listeners who discovered the band later.
Their music can work well at town festivals, public celebrations and private events seeking established Spanish pop rock. For weddings and corporate events, ask which performance format could fit the running order and venue.
