Arkano brings freestyle rap, live improvisation and a socially engaged message to events and cultural programmes.
We are a booking agency for events, not the artist's team. We work with organisers: festivals, councils, companies, venues and weddings.
Arkano is the stage name of Guillermo Rodríguez, a rapper and freestyler from Alicante. His live show centres on improvisation and a strong record in rap battles. At 15, he became the youngest national champion of Red Bull Batalla de los Gallos. In 2015 he also won the international competition and set a Guinness World Record by freestyling for 24 hours, 34 minutes and 24 seconds.
Freestyle is at the heart of Arkano’s performance: rhymes made in the moment and a direct connection with the audience. He competed in rap battles and, after stepping away from competition in 2017, remained involved as a judge. His work also includes recorded music, collaborations and radio broadcasting.
His 2017 album Bioluminiscencia features Nach, El Langui and R de Rumba. The track Único challenges homophobia. Social issues are part of his work, including opposition to homophobia and sexism in rap. Other singles include Otro intento más, No me sale and Rey del rap, rey del pop.
Arkano can suit festivals, corporate events and private celebrations looking for rap, improvisation and audience interaction. His performance may also fit cultural and youth programmes.
