Baccara bring their disco legacy to the stage, with Cristina Sevilla and Helen de Quiroga leading the current line-up.
We are a booking agency for events, not the artist's team. We work with organisers: festivals, councils, companies, venues and weddings.
Baccara bring the music of a Spanish duo with international success in the late 1970s to live events. The current line-up is led by Cristina Sevilla and Helen de Quiroga, keeping the group’s best-known songs in performance.
Disco is at the heart of the set, with familiar Baccara songs including “Yes Sir, I Can Boogie” and “Sorry, I’m a Lady”. The original duo also represented Luxembourg at Eurovision in 1978 with “Parlez-Vous Français”. Their career included 25 million records sold and success across Europe and Japan. “Yes Sir, I Can Boogie” alone sold 25 million copies and was translated into ten languages. The present line-up also releases new music, including the single “Don’t Let This Feeling Go Away”.
Their disco repertoire can work well at town fiestas, private celebrations and corporate events looking for recognisable classics. For weddings, Baccara can provide a set rooted in the popular music of the seventies. The performance format and event requirements can be discussed when requesting a proposal.
