Los Petersellers mix rock and comedy in a guateque-punk show, with familiar covers and songs of their own.
We are a booking agency for events, not the artist's team. We work with organisers: festivals, councils, companies, venues and weddings.
Los Petersellers bring comic rock to the stage, pairing familiar songs with a punk attitude and a playful edge. Formed in the 1990s, they created the style they call guateque-punk. It suits audiences after a rock concert with plenty of humour.
Their set includes Ramones tracks such as “Blitzkrieg Bop” and “Rock'n'Roll High School”, alongside the Spanish-language theme from the “Mazinger Z” television series and the theme from “The Pink Panther Show”. They also play original songs, including “Uma Thurman me toca la banana”. Other titles associated with the band include “Somos los petersellers”, “Manolo es gay”, “El intelectual” and “Super disco chino”.
Members of the group have played in bands including Sobrinus, Barrio Tomillo, The Refrescos, Def Con Dos, Peta Z Pop and Superagente 86. Los Petersellers continue to perform around Spain and hold their annual “Los Peterinocentes” concert in Madrid each 28 December.
Their blend of rock and comedy can work at town festivals, weddings, private celebrations and corporate events looking for a lively, good-humoured live set.
