Ana Pastor is a Spanish journalist and presenter who specialises in international political affairs. Her radio and television background may suit events requiring journalistic hosting or a discussion focused on current affairs. To explore her involvement in a wedding, gala or corporate gathering, agree the format and role in advance.
She began her career at Cadena SER alongside Iñaki Gabilondo, where she also edited and presented the weekly programme Punto de fuga. As a special correspondent, she covered events including the Indian Ocean tsunami and the 7 July London bombings. In 2006 she moved into television to host the debate programme 59 segundos, followed by three seasons presenting Los desayunos de TVE.
After working with CNN en Español, she joined Atresmedia. At La Sexta, her credits include El Objetivo and ¿Dónde estabas entonces?, a look back at Spanish history. She has also contributed to publications including El Periódico de Catalunya, Yo Dona and SModa. Her work centres on journalism, interviews and debate rather than a musical repertoire.
Her profile may be suitable for conferences, panel discussions, debates, galas and corporate events where current affairs and conversation are central. The approach can be shaped around the audience and purpose of the event.
