Najwa Nimri’s musical work pairs electronic influences with a distinctive, introspective sound, alongside her acclaimed acting career.
We are a booking agency for events, not the artist's team. We work with organisers: festivals, councils, companies, venues and weddings.
Najwa Nimri is an actor and recording artist whose screen career includes more than twenty films. She is also known for her roles in Vis a vis and Money Heist, as well as films such as Open Your Eyes and The Lovers from the North Pole.
Her music began with producer Carlos Jean as Najwajean. She has since released solo work including Carefully, Walkabout, El último primate and Rat Race. Electronic textures, a recognisable voice and an intimate, darker mood are part of her sound. She has also composed film soundtracks and collaborated with Kase.O.
Her approach sits outside conventional pop formulas, drawing on electronic music and minimalist arrangements. A performance may reflect different chapters of her work with Carlos Jean and as a solo artist.
She may suit cultural programmes, private celebrations and music events seeking an individual artistic identity. For a wedding or party, ask about the format that would fit your plans.
