Nine-piece dance orchestra with a four-piece brass section, performing a selection of well-known music entirely live.
We are a booking agency for events, not the artist's team. We work with organisers: festivals, councils, companies, venues and weddings.
Serenata Music-Band is a dance orchestra with more than 30 years of experience. Its nine conservatoire-trained musicians perform entirely live, without backing sequences or effects. The line-up includes a female lead vocalist and four brass players, with other musicians adding vocals too.
The emphasis is on musicianship, with a hand-picked selection of notable songs from across music history. The band draws inspiration from large orchestras such as Glenn Miller, Ray Conniff and Xavier Cugat. Live vocals and instrumentation are paired with a full sound and lighting setup.
The production includes 20,000 W Line Array sound, 15,000 W of lighting, moving lights, lasers and staging. The venue needs a stage at least 50 cm high and measuring at least 10 x 5 m, plus two separate power connections: one for sound and one for lighting.
The orchestra has experience at casinos, conventions and large hotels, as well as parties and events in general. Its dance-band format suits occasions looking for live music from a sizeable line-up with a brass section.
