A young, lively charanga with brass and percussion, playing for parades, hen parties, children’s games and celebrations.
Xaranga a Vorem is a young ensemble with musical training and experience at festive events. Its live performances combine humour and a friendly approach, with formats suited to different occasions.
The line-up features two percussionists, three trumpets, two trombones, a tuba, alto saxophone and tenor saxophone. This gives the group a flexible, lively sound that can be shaped around each performance.
The programme includes dance sets for hen parties, musical games for children and current tracks in a nighttime big-band format. There are also marches for parades and processions, plus pasodobles for street parades and bullfighting events. The range makes the charanga suitable for both family gatherings and festive occasions.
