Un Pingüino en mi Ascensor brings 1980s pop, a distinctive keyboard sound and witty original lyrics to live events.
We are a booking agency for events, not the artist's team. We work with organisers: festivals, councils, companies, venues and weddings.
Un Pingüino en mi Ascensor is a pop act associated with the 1980s and the Movida Madrileña. Their sound is light-hearted, with original lyrics, making them a distinctive choice for live pop at a party, wedding or private event.
The project began with José Luis Moro. Mario Gil joined after the release of the group’s third record. In the early material, a Casio-style keyboard was the only instrument. Ask about the proposed concert format and current set when requesting a booking.
Their songs include “Atrapados en el ascensor”, “Espiando a mi vecina”, “Perestroika”, “El balneario” and “Juegas con mi corazón”. Another title is “Eres más complicada que armar un mueble de Ikea”. The group released records across several periods and continues to perform concerts around Spain.
Their music can suit local celebrations, weddings, private parties and corporate events looking for live pop. The set and practical details can be discussed as part of the booking.
