Sandungueros is a Mallorca-based bloco with more than 20 years of experience performing at events. Their batucada brings samba reggae and Afro-Bahian styles to gatherings of all sizes, from private celebrations to occasions with a large audience.
The performance centres on percussion and the collective energy of batucada, drawing on samba reggae and Afro-Bahian rhythms. Sandungueros have played at festivals across Europe and performed for both large and small audiences. Their live rhythmic sound can add momentum to different parts of an event.
The batucada can work well at weddings, private parties, anniversaries, gala evenings, conferences, parades and corporate events. For businesses, Sandungueros also offer music-based team-building activities, giving colleagues a chance to take part together.
