Book Retropop for parties and events
Retropop is Alberto’s solo project, built around voice and guitar. His show, POPEANDO, gives familiar Spanish-language pop and pop-rock songs an acoustic treatment, backed by a long musical career and a carefully presented live set.
An acoustic set of well-known songs
The repertoire focuses mainly on music from the 1980s and 1990s, with selections from the 1970s and the first decade of the 2000s as well. Retropop covers artists including Los Secretos, Manolo García, La Guardia, Duncan Dhu, Hombres G, Maná, Los Rodríguez, Fito y Fitipaldis and Alaska. The show also recasts bachata, flamenco and bolero songs in a pop style, with a personal touch.
Alberto has more than 20 years of experience, having played in small venues and travelled across three continents with his music. The performance needs a standard power outlet.
A pop singer for weddings and celebrations
The voice-and-guitar format suits weddings, town festivals, corporate events and private celebrations looking for recognisable live songs. It can provide musical entertainment for a range of occasions.
