Reservoir Rock pair songs linked to Tarantino films with danceable rock, soul, funk and vintage pop covers.
We are a booking agency for events, not the artist's team. We work with organisers: festivals, councils, companies, venues and weddings.
Reservoir Rock are a covers band whose set centres on songs featured in Tarantino films. Before a track, they can give a short introduction to the scene it comes from, bringing the music and film references together during the show.
The standard four-piece features drums, guitar, bass and vocals, with the option to add piano. This expands the sound and adds another layer to the live set. The singer has studied singing and musical theatre, and has also worked with jazz and bossa nova repertoire.
Alongside music associated with Tarantino’s films, Reservoir Rock mix in covers of 1970s and 1980s rock, soul, funk and vintage pop. The selection steers away from the most obvious choices while keeping the songs familiar and danceable, with a range of styles across the performance.
The blend of film references, short introductions and dance-friendly songs can suit weddings, parties and events looking for variety. The core line-up has four members and can expand to five with piano, depending on the event.
