Nek, the stage name of Italian singer-songwriter Filippo Neviani, is known for his pop-rock songs and distinctive voice. He performs in both Italian and Spanish, reaching audiences across Europe and Latin America. His solo career began in 1988, while “Laura no está” became his first major international hit and remains one of his best-known songs.
Nek’s music spans decades of pop-rock and draws on a substantial recording career. He released eight studio albums during the 2000s and three compilations, and has sold more than eight million records. His recognised songs include “Tu nombre”, “Si sé que te tengo aquí” and “La vida es”. His collaborations include “Tan solo tú” with Laura Pausini and “La mitad de nada” with Sergio Dalma.
