Naike Ponce brings together flamenco singing, dance and songwriting, with work spanning tradition, jazz, soul and songs by other writers.
We are a booking agency for events, not the artist's team. We work with organisers: festivals, councils, companies, venues and weddings.
Naike Ponce is a flamenco singer, dancer and songwriter from Sanlúcar de Barrameda. Her flamenco training includes study at the Fundación Cristina Heeren. On stage, she builds from traditional cante and connects it with other musical styles, in formats that can be shaped around the event.
Naike can perform as a soloist with guitar, percussion, palmas and backing vocals, or take part in collective projects with other singers and musicians. She has also appeared as a singer in the stage work Pasaje.
Her work brings traditional cante into conversation with styles such as jazz and soul. The album Vivir explores flamenco palos associated with different emotions. Con nombre de mujer features versions of songs by Víctor Jara and Carlos Cano, alongside other material. Naike also directs Cante de Mujer, a production bringing together women’s voices and percussion.
Her different line-ups and repertoire can suit weddings, cultural events, local fiestas and private celebrations. The solo and collective formats give organisers options for planning the performance around the occasion.
