A Tarragona covers band playing pop, rock, funk, soul and Latin rock for weddings, town fêtes and private events.
We are a booking agency for events, not the artist's team. We work with organisers: festivals, councils, companies, venues and weddings.
Momentum Cover Band is a covers band from Tarragona, playing town fêtes, weddings, private celebrations and corporate events. Their live show brings familiar songs and audience participation together for mixed-age crowds.
The set spans pop, rock, funk, soul and Latin rock, pairing classics with more recent hits. Influences include The Beatles, Stevie Wonder, Sade and The Cranberries, alongside Coti, La Quinta Estación and Soda Stereo. This gives the band room to move between international favourites and Spanish and Latin pop rock.
Valery Blue is lead vocalist; Francis Balsels sings and plays bass; Oscar Oliver and David Piqueiro play guitar and provide backing vocals; Gerard Segura is on drums. The band uses a full electric line-up and professional sound equipment suited to small, medium or large stages. The stated minimum stage area is 4 × 3 metres, with a 220 V power supply and a soundcheck beforehand. PA and basic lighting may also be provided, depending on the event requirements.
The band suits weddings with live music, local fêtes, municipal events, corporate functions and private parties. It performs in Tarragona and the surrounding area, can adapt to different stage sizes and has experience working with external sound technicians.
