Miguel Noguera’s Ultrashow blends comedy, drawings and unexpected ideas in a format between stand-up, lecture and theatre.
We are a booking agency for events, not the artist's team. We work with organisers: festivals, councils, companies, venues and weddings.
Miguel Noguera is a comedian and writer known for his Ultrashows: solo performances that move through unexpected thoughts and images. The format sits somewhere between stand-up, a lecture and a theatre piece, with improvised passages and sudden turns.
Noguera brings around 20 or 30 ideas to the stage, drawn from his notes and sketches. He accompanies them with projected images, including his own drawings, photographs and other pictures. The ideas do not need to follow a linear story; each opens up a fresh comic detour.
His work combines comedy and writing. He has appeared on television programmes such as Buenafuente and La Resistencia, and contributed to videos by comedy duo Venga Monjas. Together they also perform HITS LIVE, a show blending absurd humour with a tribute to music from the internet. His books include Hervir un oso, Ultraviolencia and ¡PAM!.
The Ultrashow can suit cultural programmes, comedy bills and private events looking for an unusual live performance. For parties or celebrations, discuss the format and venue when making an enquiry.
