Miguel Lago’s stand-up is sharp and direct, using irony to get laughs and challenge the audience.
We are a booking agency for events, not the artist's team. We work with organisers: festivals, councils, companies, venues and weddings.
Miguel Lago is a Galician stand-up comedian and presenter known for sharp, forthright humour. His approach can make an audience laugh while also putting it on the spot, with little effort to soften the punchlines. He suits events looking to add a distinctly outspoken comedy set.
His shows include “Soy un miserable” and “Soy un miserable 2.0”. In these productions, Lago’s comedy sets the tone, with Raphael’s music playing as the comedian waits to make his entrance. He has also performed in other formats, including “España lo serás tú” with Quequé.
His comedy relies on a cutting tone and a direct relationship with the room. He has appeared on “El Club de la Comedia” and in Paramount Comedy stand-up programmes, and has contributed to the radio show “Arriba España”. He is also the author of “Manual del cómico novato”.
His stand-up can suit corporate events, theatres, parties and celebrations where guests are looking for adult, provocative humour. The tone of the performance is a useful consideration when choosing a show for your audience.
