A four-piece playing Spanish and English pop and rock, with a set you can help choose and the option of a guest artist.
We are a booking agency for events, not the artist's team. We work with organisers: festivals, councils, companies, venues and weddings.
Medicina Alternativa is a covers band performing Spanish and English pop and rock live. The four-piece features Alex Perea on vocals and guitar, Tomás Novati on guitar and backing vocals, Bruno Suppo on bass and backing vocals, and Luis Gasgut on drums and backing vocals.
The show lasts two hours and brings together well-known songs from several eras. The band performs live and offers clients the chance to help choose songs in advance for their event.
The set pays tribute to artists and bands that have influenced the group from the 1980s to the present day. It includes La Guardia, Los Secretos, Jarabe de Palo, Fito y Fitipaldis, Pereza, Maldita Nerea, Alaska, Despistaos, La Pegatina and Taburete. Other influences include Duncan Dhu, Radio Futura, Gabinete Caligari and Celtas Cortos.
The option to choose songs makes the show adaptable to a party or event. A guest artist can also join the band; examples include Miguel Costas, formerly of Siniestro Total, Bernardo Vázquez of The Refrescos, Manuel España of La Guardia, Tennessee and OBK. The group has played live across Spain.
