Hidrogenesse pair electronic sounds, witty lyrics and tecno-pop in a distinctive live show featuring songs such as “Disfraz de tigre”.
We are a booking agency for events, not the artist's team. We work with organisers: festivals, councils, companies, venues and weddings.
Hidrogenesse are the duo of Carlos Ballesteros and Genís Segarra, who have been making music together since 1996. Their electronic sound blends tecno-pop with humour and irony, drawing on styles associated with quirky pop and electroclash. They suit events looking for a distinctive live act with songs made for dancing as well as listening.
The set can draw on a catalogue spanning more than ten albums. Recognisable tracks include “Disfraz de tigre”, “No hay nada más triste que lo tuyo” and “Eres PC, eres Mac”, alongside songs such as “Vuelve conmigo a Italia”, “El beso” and “Captcha cha-cha”.
Electronic arrangements underpin satirical lyrics and a playful musical approach. The result steps away from conventional pop and appeals to audiences keen on alternative music, dancing and sharp humour.
