Maybe Songs of Janis Joplin celebrates 60s rock and soul with a lead vocalist and a five-piece band.
We are a booking agency for events, not the artist's team. We work with organisers: festivals, councils, companies, venues and weddings.
Maybe Songs of Janis Joplin is a tribute band built around the vocal power and stage presence associated with Janis Joplin. The show captures the raw, psychedelic edge of 1960s soul-rock through an energetic live performance. The musicians have extensive experience in rock and have played concerts across Spain.
Alba Pérez is the lead singer. She is joined by Cárol Domínguez on electric guitar and piano, Karlos Teruel on electric guitar, Vero Muniesa on drums and Isma Cànovas on electric bass. This line-up brings a full band sound to stages and events looking for live music.
The set includes Janis Joplin songs such as “Piece of My Heart”, “Me and Bobby McGee”, “Cry Baby” and “Mercedes Benz”, alongside “Move Over”, “Summertime” and “Kozmic Blues”. The band draws on 1960s and 70s rock and soul, with influences including The Doors, Queen and Creedence.
