Catalan rumba with vocals, guitar, bass, piano and percussion for celebrations and parties.
We are a booking agency for events, not the artist's team. We work with organisers: festivals, councils, companies, venues and weddings.
Los Desmadraos Rumba bring Catalan rumba to the stage, led by singer Carlos Cuevas and guitarist Kevin Morales, both from the Pomar neighbourhood of Badalona. Their live set suits celebrations looking for vocals, guitar and a rhythmic backing designed to get the audience moving.
The band combines vocals, guitar, bass, piano and several percussion instruments. Alongside Cuevas and Morales are Toni Jiménez on percussion and backing vocals, Agustín Espín on bass, Juan Salazar on piano, Jonathan Malla on bongos and bell, and Jack Tarradellas on cajón. Some members have accompanied artists including Peret, Parrita and Los Amaya; Espín has also worked with Chicuelo and Los Banis.
Their sound draws on Catalan rumba and popular flamenco. Influences include Los Chichos, Estopa, Camarón, Los Chunguitos, El Barrio, Canelita and Parrita. The combination of singing, guitar and percussion creates an upbeat, dance-friendly atmosphere.
They can perform at town fiestas, weddings, private celebrations and corporate events seeking live rumba. The group's past work includes around a hundred performances along the Catalan coast.
