La M.O.D.A., short for La Maravillosa Orquesta del Alcohol, is the Burgos band that turned folk and rock into anthems made for singing live. Songs such as Héroes del sábado and No te necesito para ser feliz make every concert a collective celebration, with a band energy few acts can match on stage.
From Burgos, the group built its own identity: lyrics about everyday life, roots instrumentation and a live show people remember. After returning to the stage in 2025, they released San Felices, their new album, that October, presented it at Bilbao BBK Live in 2026, and were also on the Sonorama Ribera 2026 programme, two of the biggest festivals of the summer.
A La M.O.D.A. concert blends the songs the audience knows by heart with the material from San Felices:
Héroes del sábado
No te necesito para ser feliz
Los tiempos que vivimos
Días difíciles
With the San Felices tour and appearances at Bilbao BBK Live and Sonorama Ribera, the band is enjoying one of its busiest seasons. They are especially in demand for:
Music festivals and summer series
Town festivities and municipal programming
Theatres and auditoriums
Private events with a suitable stage
