Surreal, ironic stand-up, improvisation and hosting for venues, private events and award ceremonies.
Jose Bailón is a comedian and host whose surreal, ironic humour draws on the absurd and sharp improvisation. His shows can suit comedy venues as well as private events, galas and award ceremonies. A fresh product or brand mention can also be woven into the performance.
«Degeneraciones» looks at how generations change. It is suitable for venues of different sizes and needs a stage at least 150 × 150 cm, stage lighting and a microphone system.
«Directo al córtex» brings together topical stand-up, clowning, audience games and classical theatre. It is designed for theatres or venues with more than 100 seats. Requirements include a stage of at least 300 × 200 cm, a lighting and sound technician, and a wireless headset microphone or a Jack or Canon stage connection.
Bailón has been the official host of Barcelona Comedy Club since 2012. His lively presenting style is another option for events that need a compère as well as comedy.
