Er Maiker brings together comedy, flamenco and pop in a character inspired by Lola Flores and Camarón.
Er Maiker is a comic character created by David Moya, blending the world of the King of Pop with nods to Lola Flores and Camarón. The result is a playful performance with flamenco touches, music and plenty of humour.
Er Maiker tells stories about Er papa and la Jenny, alongside familiar jokes. Comedy and music sit side by side, with an eccentric, accessible style that encourages the audience to move along to the rhythm.
The mix of humour, pop references and flamenco flavour can suit town fiestas, private celebrations and corporate events looking for a comic act with a musical element. It may also work at a wedding as a change of pace within the celebrations.
