A five-piece rock band playing Spanish- and English-language classics, original songs and a lively set lasting over two hours.
Doctor Rock and Roll bring a participatory live rock show, with a mix of Spanish- and English-language classics and original material. The set also includes less familiar songs that many listeners will remember, giving the performance a broader feel than a standard run of greatest hits.
The five-piece line-up features Doctor Talavera on drums and vocals, Doctor Mora on bass and backing vocals, Doctor Florez on keyboards and backing vocals, Doctor Díaz on guitar and vocals, and Doctor Lozano as lead singer. The show runs for more than two hours, with plenty of opportunity for the crowd to sing and dance. A professional DJ can also be included if needed.
The band’s influences include Deep Purple, Pink Floyd, Leño, Rosendo, Coz, Miguel Ríos, UFO, Judas Priest, Iron Maiden, The Police, Burning and Elvis Presley. These references sit alongside the group’s own songs in a set built around classic rock.
The band suits weddings, local fiestas and private events looking for a full-length, audience-friendly rock concert. The stage requires five 220 V power sockets.
