Diez Negritos blend rumba and southern Spanish pop with distinctive melodies, offering songs to dance to and listen to.
We are a booking agency for events, not the artist's team. We work with organisers: festivals, councils, companies, venues and weddings.
Diez Negritos are a band with more than 25 years of experience and three released albums. Their sound brings together rumba, southern Spanish pop and original melodies. Jorge and Edu started the project; the current line-up also features Enrique Gómez on bass, Livio Paz on electric guitar and Ángel Otero on electric guitar.
The repertoire moves between lively dance numbers and songs shaped by the band’s distinctive melodies and harmonies. Tracks include “Amor”, “Dame un beso”, “Jaleo”, “La rumba del bar”, “Eres tú mi luz” and “De noche y de día”. Their influences include Alejandro Sanz, Pedro Guerra, Kiko Veneno and Ketama.
The band won Canal Sur TV’s Cazatalentos competition and has performed at fairs and other events. Their collaborations include Efecto Mariposa, Diana Navarro and Pastora Soler. They can suit town festivals, weddings, corporate events and private celebrations seeking live music with flamenco roots and a pop sensibility.
The band brings its own equipment and requires a power supply, a stage or performance space, and lighting suited to the show.
