Depresión Sonora pairs lo-fi and post-punk sounds with introspective lyrics, dark humour and emotional release.
We are a booking agency for events, not the artist's team. We work with organisers: festivals, councils, companies, venues and weddings.
Depresión Sonora is the project of Marcos Crespo, whose songs bring an introspective indie sound to the stage. It can suit festivals, local celebrations and private events looking to reach a younger audience.
Lo-fi backing and post-punk influences sit alongside lyrics about moods, worries and emotional release, often coloured by dark humour. The songs move between melancholy and brighter contrasts. The repertoire includes «Ya No Hay Verano», «Como Todo el Mundo» and «Gasolina y Mechero», as well as the album «El arte de morir muy despacio».
Crespo began recording songs in his room during the 2020 lockdown and sharing them on social media. Depresión Sonora has surpassed 600,000 Spotify listeners and has appeared at festivals including Primavera Sound and Coachella, alongside tours across several US cities.
