Charanga Trigo Limpio is a ten-piece group providing live music for a range of public and private events. Its line-up combines winds and percussion, including helicon, trumpets, alto saxophones, trombones, bass drum and snare. The format can suit anything from a wedding to a village fiesta.
The repertoire covers current songs and music dating back to the 1970s, alongside pasodobles, carnival music and pieces for processions. Examples include “Amparito Roca”, “Puerta grande” and “El gato Montés” among the pasodobles; “Brasil” and “Carnaval, carnaval” for carnival; and “Pescador de hombres” and “Caridad del Guadalquivir” for processions. The set also features medleys, including 1970s and electro-Latino selections.
