An eight-piece dance orchestra from Cádiz, with live music spanning ballroom favourites, current pop, Spanish classics and international rock.
We are a booking agency for events, not the artist's team. We work with organisers: festivals, councils, companies, venues and weddings.
Orquesta Lacosta brings an eight-piece live show to events with guests of different ages. Based in Cádiz, the line-up features four singers — two women and two men — alongside four musicians. The group has more than 20 years of experience and combines dance music with choreography and audience participation.
The set can move from gentler dance numbers to upbeat pop and rock, with the band responding to the atmosphere and requests from the audience. Its stage set-up includes sound and lighting, platforms for the musicians and dancers, steps and a backdrop. The venue needs a stage of at least 6 × 10 metres and dressing rooms for costume changes.
Styles include pasodobles, bachata, cumbia, copla, salsa and merengue, as well as current pop, Spanish pop and international rock. Artists named among its repertoire include Malú, Rihanna, Beyoncé, Bruno Mars, El Último de la Fila, Seguridad Social, Mago de Oz, AC/DC and Bon Jovi.
The show works well for town fiestas, fairs, dinners, weddings and other celebrations looking for live dance music that can appeal across generations.
