How far in advance you book has a big impact on availability, especially in peak season. These are the guidelines to plan ahead and secure the line-up or artist you want for your date.
Spring and summer weekends, open-air festivities and town fairs concentrate the highest demand. For these dates it's best to book several months in advance, because the best line-ups sell out early.
New Year's Eve, fairs and very specific celebrations have limited availability because they're unique dates in the year. If your event falls on one of them, plan even further ahead.
Booking with little margin reduces the available options and makes it harder to meet technical or repertoire requirements. It's sometimes possible, but with less room to choose.
As a general guide, for peak-season weddings and town fairs it's best to book several months in advance; for low-season events the margin can be shorter. When in doubt, check availability with us as soon as possible.
