How booking music and shows works

Booking music or a show for your event is simple when the process is well defined. These are the steps, from telling us about your event to performance day, with quote, contract and coordination included.

How it works, step by step

  1. 1

    Tell us about your event

Let us know the date, the town, the type of event and an indicative budget. The more information, the more accurate the proposal.

  2. 2

    Receive a tailored proposal

We select artists and line-ups available for your date and send you a no-commitment quote, with what each option includes.

  3. 3

    Confirm and sign the contract

When you choose an option, we set the date and conditions in writing: what the fee includes, schedules and the required documentation.

  4. 4

    We coordinate the technical details

Before the event we fine-tune sound, lighting, schedules, set-up and any venue requirements so everything fits.

  5. 5

    Enjoy the performance

On the day of the event everything is coordinated: you focus on enjoying it and the artists on their performance.

Frequently asked questions

Does requesting a quote cost anything?
No. Requesting a quote is free and with no commitment. The amount is only set if you confirm an option and the contract is signed.
How far in advance should I get in touch?
The sooner the better, especially for peak-season dates. Write to us as soon as you have the date, even if not all the details are settled yet.
Do you issue invoices and contracts?
Yes. We work with contract and invoice, including municipal bookings with their administrative requirements.
