Transformist showman Xesco Lozano mixes comedy, dancing and songs from different genres for parties and private events.
Xesco Lozano is a transformist showman whose performances bring together character changes, comedy, dancing and music. His act is designed to engage with the audience and ends with him appearing dressed as a man, followed by a surprise.
The performance draws on copla, cabaret, revue and current themes, alongside songs from different eras. Xesco performs to playback and also sings live, with a playful style and an easy rapport with the audience. He has presented varied shows at pubs, restaurants and private events.
Xesco began performing in Salamanca venues at the age of 15. Later, while working in Andorra, he continued to perform at pubs and restaurants under the stage name Rabanne y Punto. His career spans more than 15 years, with performances in Salamanca and its province, Castilla y León, Extremadura and Alicante. In 2011, he shared the bill with artists including Los Chunguitos, Los Tres Sudamericanos and Leonardo Dantés at the Extremadura Seniors’ Fair.
The format can work for local fiestas, events for older audiences, civic centres, hen and stag parties, and private celebrations. It has also been presented as dinner entertainment at restaurants on Fridays and Saturdays, as well as in pubs, cafés and function rooms.
