Viento blends raw rock with thoughtful songwriting in a solo singer-songwriter style he calls Rock Lisérgico.
Viento is the stage name of Raúl Martínez Pardos, a singer-songwriter whose music pairs guitar-led writing with an intense, personal voice. He calls his sound Rock Lisérgico, bringing together the force of rock and reflective lyrics with emotional, sometimes mystical, themes.
Viento’s concerts give the songs room to create a musical and lyrical journey. The show is shaped by an unvarnished delivery and lyrics at its centre, making it a strong choice for audiences looking for songwriter-led rock.
His reference points include Extremoduro, Bob Dylan, Neil Diamond, Cat Stevens, Antonio Vega, Joaquín Sabina and Estopa. These varied influences inform a blend of visceral rock and melodic songwriting, while retaining a distinct identity.
Viento can suit cultural programmes, live music venues and festivals seeking a rock singer-songwriter set. He is also an option for weddings and private events looking for live music with lyrical depth and personality rather than a dance-focused covers show.
