A Cuban group offering traditional songs for receptions and a dance set featuring salsa, cumbia, merengue and more.
ValohaEvent is a Cuban group with nearly ten years of experience at weddings, birthday parties and other events. You can choose between two formats to suit different parts of the occasion: music to accompany a drinks reception, or a dance-focused set to bring guests to the floor.
The reception set features Cuban traditional music, including boleros, chachachás and son, with a considered stage presentation. The dance set draws on salsa, cumbia, reggaeton, merengue and a selection of Spanish classics. It also includes participatory dance routines designed to get guests involved.
The group brings together Cuban and Latin rhythms, with familiar Spanish songs in the dance format. ValohaEvent can provide a musical backdrop during the reception or lead into a more energetic, participatory part of the celebration.
The group suits weddings, birthdays and celebrations looking for Cuban music, dancing and audience participation. When enquiring, say whether you have in mind the reception set, the dance format or both.
