Tinin is the stage name of Agustín González, a magician whose work is aimed mainly at family and children’s audiences. His shows invite people to take part and come in different formats for community celebrations, cultural weeks and private parties.
Alongside magic, Tinin has developed clowning and juggling skills, including balls, clubs and diabolo. He also plays trombone, violin, ukulele and percussion. These disciplines give him a wider range of stage techniques, with magic at the centre of the performance.
Agustín González began his professional career at the age of 23. In 2016, he created, produced and directed the Ciudad de Cascante Magic Festival in Navarra for three consecutive years. He runs magic workshops for children in collaboration with Fundación Ibercaja and performs in Impromagic, a collective show staged every fortnight at Sala Negra in Logroño. He is also a regular performer at El sótano mágico in Zaragoza and advises Oihan, Spain’s current national manipulation champion.
