A live piano and vocal duo performing songs associated with Frank Sinatra, Chet Baker, Sade and others.
The Sunset is a piano and vocal duo for live music at drinks receptions, dinners and other gatherings calling for a relaxed, polished atmosphere. The stripped-back format puts the piano and voice at the centre of the performance, offering a live alternative to recorded music.
The project brings together a pianist and a singer, both with long careers. Their arrangements focus on the melody and meaning of each song, providing music that can sit comfortably alongside conversation and the flow of an event.
Their song selection includes material associated with Frank Sinatra, Chet Baker, Michael Jackson, Jamie Cullum, Sade, Bob Marley and Ibrahim Ferrer. The duo’s sound is suited to a sunset setting, a special drinks reception, a leisurely dinner or a reception with a more refined feel.
The Sunset can provide live piano and vocals for weddings, drinks receptions, dinners and other events. It is a fitting option for spaces where guests can enjoy live interpretations while they talk and spend time together.
