A young rock band from Donostia playing classic covers, with a live set that supports music education for young people.
The Malware Rock Band is a rock group from the music school at San Patricio School in Donostia. Its members are aged 13 to 16 and perform well-known rock songs, mainly in English. Their music teacher, Javi del Pozo, leads and coordinates the group.
The band brings its live music together with an educational project that encourages learning, study and sport. Performances are charitable: proceeds go to the school account to fund equipment and promote music at the school. The group can play for more than two hours.
The set draws on classic rock and artists including Guns N’ Roses, Queen, AC/DC, Aerosmith, Green Day, Pink Floyd, Dire Straits and Red Hot Chili Peppers. Songs include “Sweet Child O’ Mine”, “Sultans of Swing”, “Another Brick in the Wall” and “Highway to Hell”.
This is a fitting choice for educational, institutional and charity events, as well as sporting occasions and campaigns connected with education, sport or music. The band supplies its backline; the organiser needs to provide microphones, a mixing desk, power amps, speakers, monitors and basic lighting.
The cost depends on the date, location, format and technical requirements. Performances are charitable, with proceeds supporting the school’s music project. Request a no-obligation quote within 24 hours to discuss your event.
